Kh.Dorjpalam was born in Ölziit soum of Övörkhangai aimag in 1998 from where he finished his secondary education in 2015. He graduated from the School of Theatrical Art of the Mongolian National University of Art and Culture as a literary critic, screen writer and playwright in 2019. 
He began his professional writing career with the “Ündesnii Shuudan” (National Post) newspaper, and later joined and is now working as a reporter with the Department of Social, Art and Culture of the “Ergelt.mn.”
He published a collection of his poems called “The bluish hued spring” in 2018. He has also co-authored a book called “The Shortcut” under the “R. Choinom Youthful Years” club, “The Golden Byarga (a symbol marking the first page of a religious sutra)” and a book of research and literary critic “The Black Dice”, compiled by the Writer’s Union of Övörkhangai aimag, and his works have also been published in Volume 88 of “Best Mongolian Features.”
He is a winner of the Mongolian Journalists’ Union “Steel Pen” Award.
