O.Erdenetungalag was born in Bayankhongor soum of Bayankhongor aimag in 2001. She graduated from the “L. Enebish Secondary School number 75” in the Mongolian capital in 2019, and majored in journalism from the School of Social and Humanitarian Science of the Mongolian State University of Education in 2023. 
She began her professional career in 2022 when she joined the Social, Art and Culture Department of Ergelt.mn as a reporter and now she is working in the same department. Her writings have been published in the serial “Circulating Library.” Erdenetungalag is the First prize winner in essay sector in the “Golden Pen 2022” Festival and is a recipient of the “Steel Pen” award of the Mongolian Journalists’ Union.
